AceHawk Roofing is an online platform that connects homeowners with independent roofing contractors. We are not a contractor and do not perform roofing services ourselves. All services are performed by independent contractors who may compensate us for referrals.

3. User responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with the operation of the service
• Not impersonate any person or entity

4. Contractor relationships

AceHawk Roofing does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any contractor. Any agreements, contracts, or transactions between you and contractors are solely between you and the contractor. We recommend verifying contractor credentials, insurance, and any required registrations before hiring.

5. Communications consent

By clicking "Continue," you provide your express written consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS) from AceHawk Roofing and independent roofing service providers regarding your project, at the phone number you provide. These communications may be sent using automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Limitation of liability

AceHawk Roofing shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services provided, or communications between the parties shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or a comparable arbitration provider if AAA is unavailable, rather than in court, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

9. Class action waiver

All claims must be brought on an individual basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties waive any right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, collective action, or other representative proceeding.
